22/12/2010
ComScore has just released its Video Metrix for November, showing that US online video viewers reached 172 million during the month. Viewership seems to have reached somewhat of a plateau, following a peak of 183 million in May this year.

In terms of top video hosting sites, Google, which owns YouTube, was the unsurprising holder of the top spot, while Yahoo! managed to attract 61.8 million unique viewers, grabbing itself the second place.

In terms of time spent viewing, viewers spent a remarkable 4.5 hours on average watching videos on Google sites in November.
