Online video is to become a core part of Marks and Spencer’s advertising strategy.
The retailer has launched its first online TV show, which is to be fronted by TV presenter and M&S model, Mylene Klass.
The company’s head of web operations said that customers who watch the online videos “spend more money” in store, so it made sense to focus on this area of advertising in the future. The videos will be accessible through M&S’s Facebook page.
